WE OPERATE 31 DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE UK AND EU
We will accept returns within 31 days. However, this right does not apply to certain items, depending on their nature, such as our personalised products, perishable goods and audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE GIVEN US THE CORRECT SPELLING ECT AS MISTAKES OFTEN CANNOT BE CHANGED
If you wish to return goods, you need to inform us in writting or by email before returning the goods. We will then give you detailed instructions including our returns form. Return postage will be at your own cost.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense . The return must be complete. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
Unauthorised returns, Also items returned to sender due to, Wrong address provided, Failure to collect from sorting office within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if appropriate, fair and this will be to cover our costs.

Faulty Goods / Goods not as described
If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect) we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. repair, replacement or refund. Simply contact us to resolve.
If you feel you have received a different product than you ordered, please contact us asap by email or through the sales channel so we can rectify. In rare occassions we reserve the right to substitute like for like goods
