Payment

Payments:

All card payments are processed by a 3rd party processor. 

Most types of debit and credit cards are accepted.

We also offer other payment options such as paypal and google checkout.

At this time we cannot accept bank transfers or postal payments (sorry).

We can accept payment over the phone: 0141 848 7794.

If lines are busy or if out of hours please email us with order details and

a UK landline or mobile number and we can call you to take payment.

Please,  for your own security do not email us any card details.

 

Delivery Charges:

UK delivery is free of charge.

We always use the fastest most economical service which varies depending on

items ordered, smaller orders are dispatched via royal mail secure delivery.

Larger items and orders are sent via courier.


International delivery is calculated according to the weight of your items in

the basket. We try our best to offer the best value for International delivery.

If the items in your basket are more than 2kg in total you will see the shipping

price increase dramatically. Beyond 2kg the rate is country dependant, for large orders,

or if you think that your shipping rate is not accurate, please email us for an accurate price.

Please allow for up to 28 days for International delivery outside the EU, 21 days within the EU. 

Generally packets arrive much faster though this allows for customs checks and delays.

Delivery duty:

 
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country.

All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Before placing an order it is the customer's responsibility to check that any products ordered from designerkidsandbaby.co.uk comply with state and federal government import regulations.

Product exceptions
We do not provide international delivery on the following products:

  • Products that are deemed to be hazardous
  • Alcohol & food
  • Selected brands

Returns:

For most "Buy Now" items, you have the right to return your goods within 7 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, perishable goods and audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will then give you detailed instructions including address to return.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense by recorded delivery or courier.
We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase. To organise a return contact us via my messages or through email . Faulty Goods / Goods not as described. If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect) we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. repair, replacement or refund. Simply contact us to resolve.

If you feel you have received a different product than you ordered, please contact us asap so we can resolve.
